  • Fire Door Inspections

  • Compartmentation Surveys

  • HSE and compliance consultancy

  • Digital tools (Risk Mapper, Compliance Tracker, Cost Estimator)

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Ensure access to relevant premises where required

  • Implement recommendations at their discretion

  • Seek independent verification where necessary

Final decisions regarding compliance and safety implementation

Accuracy of Information

OFHSES relies on:

We are not responsible for:

  • Inaccuracies in user-provided data

Reports & Outputs

They do NOT:

  • Replace professional assessments

  • Provide definitive compliance decisions

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

OFHSES shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss, damage, or incident arising from reliance on outputs

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Business interruption or financial losses

Total liability (if applicable) shall be limited to:

The value of the specific service engaged

No Guarantee of Compliance
